Mulvihill's New Home
Our Home will incorporate many "green" features, including a 90 percent energy efficient Geo-Thermal heating and cooling system utilizing the latest technology. The roof is quipped with over 120 “Green Grid” roof panels creating a natural landscape and eliminating any heat gain from the summer sun while insulating the home in the cold winter months. The plan utilizes the entire site creating outdoor connections from every major room in the residence. Sustainable design dictates the efficiencies of the mechanical systems, low E thermally broken floor to ceiling windows and a Turfstone driveway for better water drainage. Connections to nature are the reoccurring theme that drives function and formality of our every day living.
